- Logging in to your account will look a bit different now, and for your protection, you may need to enter your email address and password.
- Can't find your order? Don't worry, you won't lose your account or order history. You can view your past orders here.
- Some of your favorite features, like My Wishlist and My Favorites, are temporarily unavailable. We understand that these features are a valuable aspect of your experience with Zulily and appreciate your support as we work on transferring your information to Shopify.
- Your store credit is now your ZuCredit. If you have received an email with a 16-digit code to the address associated with your Zulily account, enter the code at checkout and your ZuCredit will be automatically subtracted from your order total. Didn't receive your code? Contact us at the details below.
- Your ZuCredit will only work on our website. If you have unused ZuCredit, you can only use it on orders you make through our website. Our new app platform is not yet supporting the use of our ZuCredit codes. This is a temporary adjustment.
- With our new platform you can experience several new features, including more product/category filtering options and simplified checkout.
