Iwriter Basics: How to Register and Start Writing
Hello friends,
I thought I could do a blog post on the basics of iwriter:
An overview
Iwriter is a platform where writers can make money via writing online. The writer chooses an article from the market and writes it within a stipulated period, usually 2 to 5 hours.
1. How to register:
Go to this link: http://www.iwriter.com/affiliate/113254
Click 'register'
You will then do a short 15 question English test
If you pass the test, you will be ready to start
2. Paypal account
Iwriter pays via paypal
You need to open a paypal account. Go here: https://www.paypal.com/ke/webapps/mpp/home
3. Start writing
At this point, you will access the iwriter platform. You start as a standard writer, the first iwriter level. It is also the least paying.
Go to 'write content'.
Choose the project that you think you can handle by clicking a '+'
Click on the 'special instructions' button to read the specific instructions that will help you understand what the client needs
If you understand it, click 'write article' . A platform where you will write your article opens. Time also begins to run as soon as you click the 'write article' button. It is best to write your article on the platform, but you can also write it on Ms Word.
If you choose to write the article on the platform, keep saving it via clicking the 'save as draft' button. If you do not, you could easily lose the work should there be any problem, for instance with the internet connection, or if you closed the tab or window by mistake.
Writing on Ms Word is also a problem because the formatting may not be the same on iwriter. The platform may lump the entire article into one long paragraph. It may also cut a significant chunk of the article, thus the requester will receive an incomplete article.
4. Grammar check
It will help to run your article on Grammarly, just to ensure that the grammar is correct.
5. Submission and approval
If you are sure that your article has met the client's requirements, click 'submit'. The article will be sent to the requester for approval. If they think that the article meets their expectations, they will approve it. They could also sent it back for review. They will reject it if it does not meet their expectations.
